It is very important for us, at Josepa Skincare, to provide the correct information about our products, about skin conditions, about people experience and about our ingredients.

We require you to follow and abide by and follow all of these guidelines when you are, tagging, sharing, messaging publicly or privately, submitting, or posting images, illustrations, videos, your social media profiles or any other content you put (“User Content”) on Josepa's websites, social media pages or any other form of information managed and/or owned by Josepa skincare, managers, employees, affiliates or anyone who is in any relation with Josepa Skincare.

The notes, comments, remarks and views expressed in User Content do not necessarily reflect Josepa's opinions or views. Josepa is not responsible for content submitted to any page. We do not monitor all and every User Content, but we may remove, without any notice, any content that does not comply with the guidelines in this page.

When creating your content, you must abide by the following rules:

  • You should be focused on your individual experience using the product and the product itself
  • Tell the readers and write detailes about why you like or disliked a product
  • Do not mention or make any reference or mention any medical conditions
  • All submitted content and reviews are subject to the terms in our Terms of Use and review guidelines
  • Don’t include any personal or sensitive information about yourself, your family members or any other person

By sharing a User Content you agree:

  • You are at least 18 years old, you are the sole author of the User Content and you have the rights to share it
  • All content you post or share is accurate, truthful and not misleading
  • You must disclose any connection to Josepa Skincare including receipt of free product, samples, compensation or affiliation
  • If another person is mentioned or featured in your content, you have permission from them
  • You confirm that your content does not infringe any other person's or third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy or violate any law or contain false, misleading content

You agree to indemnify and hold Josepa Skincare, its parent companies, directors, managers affiliates and its officers, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

By submitting a User Content, you agree that Josepa may contact you regarding your content.

PERMISSION TERMS

You grant to Josepa and its parent companies, affiliates and or related entities (collectively “Josepa”) the right to use your social media handle, moniker, name and/or your photographs(s), upload, video, comment, testimonial, likeness and other submissions in addition to those you have tagged with #Josepa, #josepaskincare or a Josepa-campaign hashtag (“Your content”) in perpetuity and for any brand marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to on Josepaskincare.com, in social media, on third party retail sites featuring Josepa, print materials, in-store or digital advertising. Josepa may use, reproduce, distribute, combine Your Content with other materials, alter and/or edit it in any manner in its sole discretion.

You hereby represent and warrant that :

  • You own all rights in and to your posts
  • You have permission from any person(s) appearing in Your Post to grant the rights herein
  • You are not a minor
  • Josepa use of Your Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law
    If Your Content contains a testimonial, you further agree that it is a true and accurate expression of your honest belief based on use of Josepa's products and that you have disclosed receipt of any free product or incentives in exchange for providing Your Content

You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Josepa and any person acting on Josepa's behalf harmless from any liability related in any way with the use of your post.
