It is best to use a moisturizer after cleansing to complete the activity of the mask.
- Use 1-2 times a week.
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Wash your face with lukewarm water.
- Apply a thin layer to your skin.
- Do not apply to areas with skin irritation.
- Leave the mask for 2 minutes, but preferably until the mask dries.
- Wash the mask off with lukewarm water and allow the face to dry (preferably do not use a towel).
- Smile :-)
Is it OK if I feel a tingle sensation when using the face mask?
If it is a small tingle, this is normal as the mask is working on your face. If your skin becomes irritated or becomes red, stop using and contact us at support@josepaskincare.com .
Why you don’t provide a brush or stick with the mask?
We believe that if you clean your hands before applying the mask, it is better so you feel your skin with your fingers. If the alternative is using a stick or a brush, multiple times it is better to use your fingers and make sure you clean them before use.
Should I apply the mask in a thin layer or thick layer?
The mask is doing its work even with a thin layer. This way the product will last you longer.
How often should I use the mask?
For oily skin to combination skin use 1 to 2 times a week for best results. For dry or sensitive skin, use up to 1 time per week.
If you want to accelerate the usage, you can use it on a daily basis, in the beginning, and make sure that your skin does not get irritated.
Avoid using on the same day after any exfoliating Treatment.
What can I use for a moisturizer after applying the mask?
We recommend using the Young & Free Gel following the clay mask. Our Gel is formulated to provide you with the best effect after the mask.
My face turns red, after using the mask. What should I do?
It is understandable if you are alarmed by your skin turning red. This is caused by the stimulating effect of the clay. It will usually go away within hours. If you see anything unusual or out of the ordinary, please stop using the mask and contact us.
